Sipping whiskey is a pleasure. But learning how to taste whiskey is a journey, an experiment in learning how to taste better, to know the nuances of flavors and how they present themselves on your palate. At the end of the day, everyone’s taste perceptions and preferences are subjective and individually personal.
Because taste is subjective, we have included the tasting notes of several other critics along with our own notes. Use the collection of tasting notes as a tool to see if you detect similar aromas and flavors.
